SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

We know you want your shoes or gear as fast as possible so we will get it out the door as soon as we can. Just because it's free on orders of $100 or greater, doesn't mean it should be slow, which it is not! We only use UPS or USPS Priority shipping to guarantee fast service.

Free Shipping Details:

Any shoes or combination of items purchased which total at least $100 will ship to you FREE via UPS Ground or USPS Priority within the contiguous US. Ground shipping normally takes 2-5 business days from the time you place your order. Orders placed after 2pm CST will be shipped on the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Free return shipping and Free exchanges are not available for international orders.
  • Products must be in brand new, unworn condition.
  • All return shipping will be paid by purchaser.

Order Tracking

Somewhere in the shipping notification email we sent you is a UPS tracking #. If you click on that or go to UPS and enter it into the tracking field, it will tell you where your package is. If you can't find that email just email customer service and we'll help you track it down.

Shipping locations

Our free ground shipping program is limited to the contiguous states with shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and US off shore territories priced according to weight and location.

International Shipping

***We offer shipping internationally with a special handling charges.

Holiday Shipping

Anything purchased on one of these days may be delayed by a day and anything purchased after 2pm CST of the preceding day, may be delayed up to two days.
